Bad workmanship, DOES NOT complete the job, fake promises

**Caution Advised**

I would like to share my experience with Biwar, the owner of this company, as well as his team as I believe it is important for potential customers to be aware of the challenges we encountered.

Some, but not all, examples of the concerns include:

- Unprofessional workmanship: The pool coping was not properly aligned, and despite attempts to rectify it by removing and reinstalling it, the quality did not improve. This raises concerns about the level of training and expertise of the staff.

- Lack of cleanup and further damage: We experienced damage to our property, including house bricks, trees, windows, water hose reel, and the irrigation panel. While we understand that mistakes happen, there was very little effort made to mitigate and correct these issues. Only the hose reel was reimbursed after a struggle.

- Failure to take responsibility: Mistakes were not acknowledged, and often the blame was shifted to customers or other vendors.

- Poor communication: There was a significant lack of communication with customers, contributing to various problems. This issue extended to their internal team as well, leading to further complications.

- Delays in project completion: We faced over a year-long delay in finalizing our project, even after the full payment was made.

- Customer blamed for mistakes: We were advised to keep certain items (stone steps, smaller armor stones, different forms of the slide) despite not wanting them, as refusal would result in project delays.

- Warranty concerns: We were informed that our warranty would be voided for expressing dissatisfaction, with the exact statement being, "If you don't remove the negative comments, I will not fix anything and your full warranty is void."

These are just a few of the challenges we have encountered and continue to face. I encourage others to thoroughly consider their options to avoid a similar experience.

As they have yet to complete our project, and they refuse to rectify it (they were given whole spring, summar, and fall seasons) we do not have further choice but to take the matter to court.

Approximate cost of services:
$160,000.00
