Garden retaining/stone curb install, hereinbone paver walk way
Thought John was someone I could trust. He did a terrible job on our walkway and curb stone installation. The walkway isn’t squared with the house or the stairs, the stone curbing was installed after the walk way, rather than before, and is placed on a 95 degree angle and is an eye sore. We can’t run the fence next to the curb as the stone curbing doesn’t run straight-it’s off by 5 inches from the corner to the end of the run. I told John numerous times I didn’t want the stone curb jutting out in front of the stairs-because it’s so out of alignment it’s 5 inches in front of our stairs. We had to pay a new contractor to come and clean up his mess in order to finish this multi trade project we have going. He basically told me to forget about it (in a less polite way) when I asked him to come over and look at the project with me and to try and find a solution. He has our money so what does he care.

- Company Response
I've decided to respond to this review after a year.
When we completed this project Jeanine gave myself and my assistant both a bottle of wine and exclaimed how happy she was with the finished project.
This nonsense happened after the project was wrapped up and fully complete. I'm not going to deconstruct her review, which is just ridiculous. The majority of the photos she took herself I would happily display on my website. There is one where the borders don't match, and that would be something I would happily return to change, but Jeanine wanted basically the entire job redone, after it was completed!
I'm glad she found a contractor that could make her happy. I'm sure those reading will see through this nonsense and find that of the time of this response I have 19 reviews and 18 gave me the maximum of 10 stars.
