They tried to convince me I needed a $1500 circuit board fix, and also a thermostat...for $300. I wanted to look around and price check for such a big fix and I came to learn, thanks to Baker & Sons plumbing in Calgary that this didnt sound right. They suggested a new thermostat ($50 at canadian tire) and IT WORKED, Pro Star literally tried to charge me $1500, if they had any morals whatsoever, they would have been HONEST and i would have saved the waste of a day I just had.
I cannot describe how greasy their move was. I hope this gets out, tough times for everyone, ProStar could care less about their customers.
