Craig was an excellent ambassador for the 10 windows we needed replaced, lots of diferent needs--fixed, casement and awning,and offered several product and payment options, patiently answered all our questions. He offered some choice to not lose the leaded glass look I had and loved. Kamal followed up with prompt, courteous and efficient schedulling. The installation crew was helpful, efficient and tidied up .perfectly; it all looks so fabulous. A bathroom window that should have been opaque was overlooked but a phone call got it fixed promptly. We are doing a major reno and things haven't gone smoothly however Renewal By Andersen's part in it was extremely professional. I would recommend them highy with no reservations; they were a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with.

I am so very pleased with my new replaced doors, the installers were great and efficient, Peter did not mind my interruptions with questions and concerns. Great guys the job was completed in a day clean -up excellent.

Renewal by Anderson replaced two extremely large windows in the living room of my home. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows installed, the excellent and professional job done by the installers, and the follow up done by Nathan to ensure that I was completely happy with the installation. very informative and had lots of samples to show us. We haven't decided yet if we'll be going with Andersen for the windows but the quote visit was good.

Matt and Paul performed a first rate removal and replacement service for my formally installed Aluminum Final Generation Windows, that according to them were installed correctly based on their original instal time period (28 years ago). My wife and I are very impressed with the quality of the foam and caulk job that was performed primarily by Matt of the crew. Please note that Paul did all the trim cuts for the interior look along with the bend/cutting of the aluminum capping that in my opinion was second to nothing that I have experienced in the past. I fully recommend this professional team as part of the Renewal by Anderson Family in the GTA. My wife is still amazed by the cordial humor and personality of this crew. We truly believe that the Renewal Company may have sent their top tier crew for my replacement job!
