We are very pleased with our six new windows from Renewal by Andersen. Blayne, the sales rep, did a great job of fielding our many questions and explaining the technology and manufacturing that goes into the windows, and came up with a creative solution of having a larger sill added to the inside of our front window in lieu of a bay window. He also got us some discounts that made going with this company affordable. Nelson did the measurements and paid us a visit after the installation was complete to make sure that we were happy with the final product. The installersMatt, Corey, and Robwere professional, friendly, tidy, and worked with a great attitude, even despite the less than ideal late November weather conditions. Our house felt warmer and quieter from day one, and we look forward to many years of clear views.

From my virtual consultation with Jason to my visit from Lane to the installation by Joe and Eakam I received excellent customer service and care. This is my second window installation with this company and they did not disapppoint. Joe and Eakam were a great team who worked non stop and were incredibly neat and tidy. They left their working area spotless and were professional the entire time. They each knew exactly what their job was and worked in tandem to complete.

Excellent customer service from the initial at home consult, to the project management review through to installation and completion. The installation team of Ivan and Nikolay were professional, friendly, and provided a flawless end product. All 7 windows in my home were installed within one working day, my wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to choose Renewal by Anderson. We would recommend their services and window product line.

We paid over $50,000 to replace our rotting wooden windows with what we were assured were the highest quality windows. The company uses high pressure sales tactics to pressure customers to sign a contract on the spot. I was surprised that our home was still cold and drafty with little change in our utility bill over the winter. During a service call we learned most of our windows were manufactured incorrectly. It is taking months for the repairs and the company has not offered any compensation.

September 2022- We had two windows replaced, best windows ever had the team was very professional. The salesman was polite and very knowledgeable be prepared to spend a few hours going over everything not 1/2 hour as we were told. The installers were a 2 man crew, they were very great and cleaned up everything too. The project manager came by later to ensure everything was done and we were happy. Unfortunately for us they are not cheapest and although we would love to get more windows we can't afford their prices, we spent $12,000. But I would heartily recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking for quality window. replacement.

Window arrived earlier than expected and installers were quick and cleaned up the work area when done.
A minor adjustment to the fit of the screens was needed and performed within a couple of days.

High pressure sales tactic. Rep comes in. Quotes over 100k off the iPad. Doesn't show cost breakout nor discount on windows. The best part? Buddy says the price quoted is only good for the night. Excuse me. The TV commercial states; the price quoted is down to the penny and good for one year.

What a misleading person. If the first impression is the lasting impression then the next company impression would never make it past my front door.

I've since gone to a different company, granted vinyl windows and all windows 40k.

How dare this person comes in and expects me to be pressured and misled with the joke saying only good for tonight. Used car salespeople probably don't use that line.

Unbelievable.
