service technician adjust a facer board on side of
new front door frame.
The service technician, Jose Landazuri called to advise of his arrival time.
Jose was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and noticed two other areas - the door sweep and the striker plate that needed adjusting. Jose fixed these as well.
A very positive experience!
Jose definitely takes pride in his workmanship.
