High pressure sales tactic. Rep comes in. Quotes over 100k off the iPad. Doesn't show cost breakout nor discount on windows. The best part? Buddy says the price quoted is only good for the night. Excuse me. The TV commercial states; the price quoted is down to the penny and good for one year.
What a misleading person. If the first impression is the lasting impression then the next company impression would never make it past my front door.
I've since gone to a different company, granted vinyl windows and all windows 40k.
How dare this person comes in and expects me to be pressured and misled with the joke saying only good for tonight. Used car salespeople probably don't use that line.

Most home improvement companies that cover a wide region or territory will also offer an incentive to do business without having the representative make a second trip. The incentive is designed to reward customers who recognize an immediate need for windows/doors and are ready to move forward with our company without further analysis. This is a reward for these folks and not a punishment for people who are simply not ready. This is the same concept many large retailers use when they advertise a "one day only" sale. We offer the same incentive to every customer. It has been our experience that our pricing is reasonable for the quality of our product and process.
