We have 2 double hung windows which were installed in 2016 and were still under warranty. After a summer of driveway and sidewalk reconstruction we finally got around to cleaning the front windows. This has always been so easy with the window installed by Renewal by Andersen. This year was a bit of a struggle getting the window to reset properly so we called RBA and they were very responsive leading to a quick turnaround service call from them. The service person was Jacob. Jacob called in advance and actually earlier than scheduled but that was fine by me. I was thoroughly impressed with Jacob in the manner he approached his task at hand. He was willing to share information about the windows as he fixed not only the problem with closing but other small issues I had with loose handles. The windows are the earlier version, and he identified the progressive changes made to the most recent line of these windows which make them even more user friendly. Jacob paid attention to detail and wanted to make sure he addressed all of my concerns and was in no rush. He has tremendous customer service skills, talent to understand and address the issues at hand, loyal to his company and their product and a very positive attitude towards his position. Renewal by Andersen has a tremendous asset in Jacob. He has the ability to play a bigger role with his company and his future is bright.
