We had some shingles come off after a very windy day. We spoke to Marcel who told us the estimate was free and gave us an idea of what repair costs typically will be. His crew came the next day to do the work, which ended up only requiring a few shingles to be replaced. As the job was not too large, the cost of work was less than his estimate. Would definitely use him again based on his quick response time during a busy period after the wind storm, and his honesty with pricing.

My greatest experience ever professional experienced roofers never had any issues what so ever I highly recommend this company they really made me comfortable. They arrived on time ordered all materials before starting job they do good honest work

We had a leaky roof. Daniel responded to all my inquires very promptly and came to check the roof the day after I first contacted him. Daniel was very friendly and respectful. He was able to diagnose the issue upon inspection. The inspection and quote was free, unlike many companies who charge $150+ just for that. Once I confirmed that we wanted their service, a crew of 3 people came to fix it the very next day (on a Sunday too) and got the job done in 2 hours. I'll have to wait for the next rain to tell if the roof continues to leak, but Daniel said I can call him if I have any issues.

Some water was getting into the house. It was coming through the edge of my roof and down the inside of an external wall. Daniel was easily able to see what needed to be done and the execution was flawless. These guys did such thorough and clean work. I still stare at the pictures. Price was very reasonable as well.

They stripped the old and replaced with new shingles on our north facing roof, with ice and water shield. The also installed a heat cable in eavestrough on our and adjoining house ($510 of total). As fas as I can tell from their pictures the roof (on third story) looks carefully done. They came only a few weeks after we accepted their proposal and performed on time and on budget. The owner and son and others were good to work with. They left the site clean. My only negative: the heat cable came without operating instructions so we didn't know till after installation that for long life it needs to be taken down every spring ($250 for removal and another $250 for re-installation), which, if we'd known, would likely have meant we wouldn't have purchased it.

I had a family of raccoons move into my attic. I hired pesticon to remove the critters and they blocked the whole but warned me that it was not waterproof and I shoud have a professional look at it. I called a few different companies but it is hard to get much attention or a good price when the job is so small. Marcel got back to me quickly and took a look. He gave me a fair quote over the phone to do the work required (another firm tired to upsell me on a lot more work. Marcel was able to repair it in short order so I don't have to worry about it leaking this spring. He also send me before and after photos (see below) to show me what he had done as I could not easily see it from the ground. I now have him repairing a persistent leak at the back of the house. We live in a semi-detached home in Forest Hill. We decided to replace the roof due to damage done to the shingles by squirrels and general wear and tear. Along with our attached neighbours, we had three companies quote on the job. Roof Repairs Only was one of the companies that provided a quote and they came highly recommended by another neighbour. Their quote of $6,500 for both houses was exactly half the cost of the next highest quote. The highest quote we received was stratospheric. We gave the job to Marcel at Roof Repairs Only and are completely delighted with the results and were also impressed with the entire process. Marcel deals with the Cambridge brand of shingles, which are great quality and look a little like cedar shakes. Whether it was to provide the quote or to drop off samples or to start the job, Marcel always showed up exactly when he said he would. His team was professional, courteous, knowlegeable and tidy. Marcel obviously treats his team with respect as the guys each represent his company well (even when he was not on the job site). My husband and I and our neighbours are thoroughly impressed with the workmanship, the shingles themselves, and the price. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
