Sergey helped to replace one old toilet and one leaking faucet in the basement of one investment property I have. He also went to homedepot with me to help me pick up the toilet and faucet. Overall great experience. Sergey is Reliable, humble, good-hearted and knows what he is doing. His fee is also reasonable compared with the quotes I got from other plumbing companies. My basement bathroom is very small. So would be nicer if we have chosen a smaller toilet to fit into that narrow space. But again a lot of time contractors do not want to interfere with the owners especially if the smaller one is a lot more expensive that the bigger one. So I totally understand. Overall I am a happy customer. The work was done nicely and the place was left spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend Sergey to anyone. He is really quite pleasant to work with.

Serhiy and his team quickly and professionally installed a backwater valve and replaced some clogged pipes in our basement floor after a sewage backup. He consulted with us along the way so that we could choose what we wanted vs. needed to to do. We got quotes from other companies, but Serhiy was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. Sergey came the day after we called, and he made it at 8PM to fit our schedule. He was very courteous and efficient. He actually taught a few things about plumbing. He quickly replaced our faulty shut off valve and showed me how to properly drain my pipes. It will be -10C and below soon, and I am sure our pipes will not get frozen anymore.

Our master bathroom toilet was leaking at the base, and Tornado Plumbing sent Borys over to repair the leak.

Initially I thought the issue was a broken seal at the wax ring, but it turned out that the tank was leaking water onto the floor.

We bought a new toilet and Borys came promptly the next day again to install the new toilet along with a new supply line and shutoff valve.

Borys was very professional, courteous and pleasant throughout. He answered all of my (many) questions patiently and thoroughly, and kindly came back to us to finish the install as soon as we bought the toilet, even though it was quite late on New Years Eve.

Had leaking hot water pipes repaired. Also had a shut off valve on the hot water tank supply line replaced. All work was done with good quality and attention to details at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing
