I called to get an estimate on stump removal. They returned my call promptly and had already checked out the stump and had an estimate done. I thought the price was good. They came out within two days and got the job done. Thanks so much

Friendly folks. Tried to upsell us $400 to move the chopped down tree away by telling us the wood was dangerous to burn due to pine gull rust.

Firmly told them no to hauling it away, and to move the wood at the bottom of our hill on our driveway (approximately 30 ft from where the tree was) so we could haul away ourselves.

Were told it was not part of the contract for then to move the wood to an accessible point... They chopped the tree down and left it at the base by the stump.

Likely won't hire again as it left a bad taste in my mouth. Felt like we had to hire them since no other arbourists were available.

Quick, friendly and worked hard to make me happy with their service. Would for sure recommend!

The crew was congenial, efficient, accommodating, and safety-focused. They did a good job of pruning specific branches from a Manitoba maple, and cleaning out and fertilizing a neglected cedar hedge. They also offered suggestions for future maintenance. Good work, but not cheap.

We have used this company twice. Both projects were large scale tree trimming. The group of individuals they have working for them are fantastic! Their work ethic is fantastic. They will be my go to when I need any more work done!

This is the 2nd time we have used Pine Valley. Both times the trees to be removed were large (est. 80 feet), and were located in difficult areas to reach that were adjacent to buildings and power lines. Everything was done professionally and without incident.

The lads came in and quickly got to work, cleaned up and ensures I was happy with the work. They made the few more tune ups I requested and got to clean up in yard and on the street.
