Todd from Coleman Contracting in Ontario was hired to fix pooling on our deck and then he made it worse by creating a leak. Never came up with proactive solutions to fix the damage they caused. Then, Todd said he wanted to open up our walls to find the leak. We didn't want to risk his team creating more damage since the leak was clearly isolated with their work on the deck.
His staff, Joe said we needed to seal the edges of the deck ourselves regularly to try and stop the leak. Their work also looks unprofessional - slapped on brown gunk on white railings, walls. The deck started peeling and deteriorating in less than a year. Asked for our money back and Coleman Contracting has ignored our request.
