Rovimat Group

When we found out the main roof beam of our house was about to collapse, and we needed to literally tear the whole thing off, we didn't know who could take on this job in a 100 year old semi-detached house. Rovimat was recommended as being one of few contractors in Toronto who could be trusted with this type of job. Rovimat rebuilt the entire 2nd floor of our house, attic, and roof, raised the ceilings, did sound proofing, windows, and all the finishing. Our hardwood floors turned out beautifully, and they have remained helpful as the job progressed leading us through the permit and inspection process. We are very happy with the results of our renovation, and love how it turned out.

As a first time homebuyer in Toronto, I ended up purchasing a home that needed some serious upgrades. I interviewed approximately 10 different contractors post-purchase, and Rolando (of Rovimat Group) stood head and shoulders above the rest.
In the interview process, Rolando was able to clearly explain how the project would come to life, provide very detailed quotes, and also some great ideas & designs on the project.
I have been through two phases of renovation on the house with them: the first was a complete rebuild of the basement & first floor of house. This included 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new polished concrete floors, plumbing, electrical and structural work. Throughout this process the team at Rovimat provided great communication, stayed on time and budget (barring some minor unforeseen challenges, which I believe are very standard in a 100 yr old home), and did high quality work.
The second phase of renovation (approx. 8 months following) was exterior work to upgrade a small extension on the house. This included roofing, siding, new windows, and minor structural repairs. Again, all done, on time, on budget, and with quality throughout.
Both of my experiences with the Rovimat Group have been extremely positive, and I know that, if needed, they will be my contractor of choice for the future.
