Had chimney cleaned in dec 23 , 3 month approx started up wood stove had chimney fire again called them , removed major amount of cresote etc , did not have proper tools used mine was charged again , after putting in complaint , they promised to reimburse me , still waitin WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM
