We had The Crack Doctor (Ottawa) come out to fix a crack in our basement foundation, which was leaking when it would rain heavily. Five years ago, we had a crack in the same area, along with another unrelated crack, and The Crack Doctor fixed both of these. Both seal jobs are still intact today and do not leak. The new crack we recently had was very close to one that had already been fixed before. Michael was excellent and very professional in taking care of our needs. Since this crack was so close to an initial one from five years ago, it wasn't clear if it could be covered under the warranty they offer. Michael is a person of integrity, because instead of charging us for an entire new job, he charged us an extremely fair price for his work (less than half of what it could have been), for which we are very grateful. I highly recommend Michael and his company! 5 stars!
