Peter and his team changed our dated bathroom into a more modern and clean appearance room. The bathroom was renovated starting with removal of entire flooring and fixtures , installed new tiling, plumbing, fixtures, plumbing & lighting. The staff was personable, courteous and respectful. The response rate to any request and concerns was quick. The work space was kept clean and dust and disruption was at a minimum. The finished space looks great. We are pleased.

This is the second time we have contracted Peter and his team. Enough said!

Peter renovated our basement and put in a new bathroom. The work was extremely well done, on-time and on-budget. The quote he provided was very reasonable and we're thrilled with the result.

He was great to work with throughout - very pleasant and patient and considerate. He is an excellent communicator who always kept us up to date with the decisions we had to make, helped us think through our options and quickly addressed any questions we had. He provided advice but never took it personally if we went a different direction. And he never pressured us to make costly upgrades to the plan. He also went above and beyond, helping us get a slightly-too-big washer and dryer set down the stairs, building built-in shelves in our bathroom and installing all of the bathroom accessories (mirror, towel rack etc).

We decided to re-do our old tired laundry/bath room in our basement as well as the basement itself ( new floors/ drywall/ painting) . It is not a large space but we wanted it to be “really nice!”
We sent our request through homestars and 2 very nice contractors came to view our project.
Peter’s Quote arrived very quickly and it detailed everything we had discussed. The quote was competitive & as he had had a delay in another project he could squeeze our job in before Christmas!
Everything Peter agreed to he delivered on. He was exactly as every other testimonial we read on Home Stars had described!
Our space is fantastic, the laundry/bathroom is very modern & functional with heated floors & a glass shower. He & Tony even moved the toilet over 4 feet The workmanship is perfect. Every trade he included in our job was pleasant & professional. I would highly recommend Peter & his team and look forward to working with them again.

Excellent ideas are given. Material selection can be done in any of home renovation store which they buy when given specifications. Peter Palma of Palm Rose Developments is a gentleman who gives value to customer's requirement and choice. He is not very commercial and keeps his words. He is very professional and therefore great in dealing with city's inspection staff. We had peace of mind by giving contract of legal basement finishing to him. His after sales service is also great as he deals as soon as possible whenever we have any minor issues. Anyone interested in home renovation should at least talk with him while shopping for a contractor.

We got a quote from quite a few basement renovation contractors (most from this site). Of all of them, it was Peter (the business owner) that we found most comfortable, trustworthy and easiest to deal with during our first meeting. His quote was very competitive and comparable to others that quoted much more. We chose him because there was just this positive vibe in him that tells us that this guy is not ripping us off and really knows what he’s doing. The level of knowledge and experience Peter has is very impressive. Peter and Carmen and rest of the team were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. The ideas and inspirations they offered were above and beyond what we had envisioned for the basement, particularly the glass railing for the stairs.
