Hot water tank replacement

Two interactions with this company, two bad experiences; there won't be a third. Typically shows up 30 minutes late. They started draining my old water heater, went out to their van and forgot, minorly flooding my basement, thankfully I noticed before any damage was done. Turned over a sopping wet installation manual once the installation was done.

Wasted (and billed me for) about 90 minutes trying to put off doing work when said water broke and the manual clearly stated the piece needed to be replaced...before finally replacing the piece.
