Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a "customer service" rep named Clark who apparently thought his job was to frustrate the customer instead help the customer. I simply wanted instructions to ship back a product for an exchange and I unfortunately got several rude, non-helpful responses from this person. After i told him in so many words that he isn't cutting it as a customer service rep, he told me he wouldn't accept my return. Hopefully someone above his paygrade reads this and cares.
