I used them last snow season and they were a disaster. When I complained, the answer was we come when the snow requires heavy lifting.

Snow Removal review in Toronto

Joe appeared to be a nice gentlemen and I paid for the full year. The snow comes and he is not there. Repeated phone calls and he may show up few days later, saying he will come when the snow requires heavy lifting. Very bad expereince and will never use them again.
