After having spent 50k for windows and doors for 3 new builds, it was identified that the windows for 1 unit were not delivered as ordered. After reaching out to salesman, we learned that he left Dalmen. He referred us to the manager in St Isidore. The Manager refused to respond to any of our inquiries (6 times we reached out) so we then reached to out to the President and GM. The President ignored our first email, and after the second follow up, he responded promising to call. Two weeks later no call, 3 more emails following up, he has still refused to acknowledge our communication. If the President and Management refuse to communicate with an unhappy client, I can't imagine why the rest of the team at Dalmen would care. In hindsight i wished i had made a different choice, and i would recommend that you stay away. Not easy to deal with and after they cash your cheque, they are no where to be found.
