Mega City Concrete

I can't say enough how grateful we are for Mega City Concrete coming to our rescue on Saturday after another concrete company cancelled 50 mins before our pour. We were on a tight time frame and did not have the ability to wait until Monday as our contractor was leaving town on Sunday morning. I called Mega City (who we had got a quote from but was slightly higher than "the other guy") and asked if there was any way someone could come by on Saturday. She took my details and said she'd call me back in five minutes. And she did, to say that her drivers would be happy to come after their current job (around 5:45pm) and would do some overtime to help us. It added an extra $100 to the original quote but that was totally understandable, as this was a weekend and hugely last minute. Richard & Wayne (or Wade) showed up at exactly 5:47 pm and were amazing! They even helped with some wheel-barrowing to the back yard; helped with leveling some of the low areas of the concrete 9x9 ft pad (they are clearly VERY experienced) and helped us clean up after. They were here until after 7pm with nary a complaint. It's rare these days to find this level of true customer service, thank you SO much Mega City Concrete! JM
