Snow Removal review in

This company has lost sight of the business they're in and the service they've agreed to provide. They are not clearing snow in a timely enough fashion to make the service worth what I've paid for it.
I don't really care how tech savvy they are and how many alerts or emails they can provide. I have contracted to have my driveway cleared of snow. So far, they're always late, or don't show up for more than 24 hours after a snowfall. This will be my last year with them.
