This company is incredibly mismanaged. Nobody knows what is going on. They charge your deposit prior to even confirming a pick up or delivery, provide faulty estimates, then DONT ARRANGE DELIVERY WHEN AGREED ON.
At this point I am considering reporting my possessions as abducted to the police as this company has no plan on returning them.
