We called to get our front door fixed because the lockset was no longer working properly. Roman answered our call and booked an appointment convenient for us. He arrived exactly on time and had a look at our problem. He took the time to look at everything that could be causing our problem. His fix included dismantling the lockset, re-aligning it and oiling it for easier use. He also had a look at our doors and saw that they were not aligned properly so he also took the doors off and got them tightened and straightened out. He did a great job and everything is working like brand new again. Thank you Roman!
