Had a leak in my copper pipe on a Sunday, its Mother's Day too at 2pm in the afternoon and when everyone else we call either wants to charge a premium, won't quote a straightforward fix and ask for minimum $100 to come look at it I find John on this site to save the day. At 1st he doesn't want to commit to coming given the time and the day but hears the desperation in my voice and probably knows it won't take that long and agrees and just gives me a straight price right away for the job and says see you in a couple hours.

When they arrive and I'm not available, no complaints no markups completely understanding which is certainly not what I am use to dealing with with trades where they charge like lawyers for every min they spend! :)

Then they don't have the part after being there for over an hour already and just apologize and say they will come back tomorrow morning and finish the job which they did and helped me look at a couple other issues I had and got their opinion. Not a dime more asked for and politely thanked me for the opportunity.

Just an honest, family run business which is great to see still exist. Won't hesitate to calls them again for my next plumbing needs and suggest you do the same.
