Liam called ahead to advise me that he had encountered problems with the locks the morning of our appointment and took the time to call back to reschedule. He was professional and courteous while bringing equipment in and out of the house. He took the time to explain how duct cleaning worked (while working) and showed pictures of the vents before and after to show the improvement!
