WOW SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this company!

I asked Jason to help me to set up my shower. He offered to help and even came and helped me choose which shower to buy. AND THEN when the shower arrived to be installed - he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "sorry it won't work" - what kind of business is this? Super disappointed that he didn't even OFFER TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM! SO Irresponsible!
