Marko was excellent from contract to completion. He was particularly patient with first time builders. For newbies to building, he provided excellent, practical suggestions on where to get best bang for buck! Thanks Marko.

Animark has now built a couple of my new custom homes in East Vancouver. They delivered an excellent product, within time and budget. I have since referred many of my clients and friends for their new home construction projects and they are delighted with the service. Highly recommended!

Marko and his team have been great so far (we're in the middle of the project). These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations.
I look forward to the finish product, and working with Animark homes again after this project.

We hired Animark Homes to help coordinate and build our home.
At first he was so great. But wow did things change. His crew dumped rubbish from a commercial build they were working on, we found shipping labels of the dental equipment packages that were dumped.
His painters were TERRIBLE.

We contacted him a few times to get final but he moved on to another project.
I had to work woth the city and other trades to get this done.
Now we’re having other issues and he is avoiding us.
