If you complain the owner blocks you! NO REFUND 6 weeks after cancelling service!
Never have I been so frustrated by any service provider. If you dare to write and ask why after 24hrs of snowfall no plow has come to your house, the reply is defensive, rude and then the owners block you from any further contact. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a small business owner myself this kind of behaviour is beyond tolerable. I am disabled and the owners refused to clear my driveway when I was trapped by 2 feet of snow yesterday. RUDE, unprofessional and uncaring! It's now been 6 weeks since we officially cancelled our fully prepaid contract with Denali and we have not had ANY refund. Also, Denali's responses to the negative reviews from MANY different families on here are ALTERNATE facts = totally untrue. I welcome any proof of evidence that I was ever rude or mistreated their staff. No such thing every happened. I have documented every conversation we had with Denali and there is not one single unkind word from us, just frustration at being ripped off by this unethical team. They have now been reported by 3 different families to the CPA and the BBB. Give us back our money!
