Dryer Vent Wizard of the Golden Triangle

I could not be more pleased with the work that Dexter did for us today. He arrived right on time and explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He was very thorough and helpful. We will definitely be using Dryer Vent Wizard in 2 years and would like Dexter to do the work.

Dexter was amazing! The company was quick to schedule him and he did a superb job showing us what the problems were (or might be over time) and didn't oversell us on anything. I trust Dryer Vent Wizard very much now because of his excellent service, and will tell others.

The Dryer Vent Wizard service person came on time, communicated clearly about what the price would be, what the problems were and how to clean the trapped lint. The service person was efficient, worked quickly and solved the problem. He even suggested a method to help with future lint problems and fixed an unnecessary extra elbow in the vent in order to improve airflow.

Matthew addressed almost 20 years of neglect for our dryer vent. He not only cleaned the vent, but repaired a disconnected section by accessing it through the ceiling of our finished basement. He took great care in making the repair and left everything clean and in order. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard and will be using them in the future for regular maintenance.

We highly recommend this company!! For way too long we have been dealing with a broken dryer vent, trying for many years to fix it ourselves. I contacted this company on Monday and they were here on Thursday!! We have a clean venting system and a new dryer vent. We are so happy. The tech that came was very professional and upfront about the costs prior to starting any of the repairs. He showed us the new vent and how it operated before installing it. When he needed to make a few adjustments, he talked to us first. We are so pleased with everything. We will be having them come yearly to keep our dryer venting system clean and working well. :)

DVW was very prompt in calling back and scheduling my appointment. Matt did a great job, he found an issue behind the machine, fixed it then did the cleaning all within the original quote. Bonus - he also cleaned the bathroom fan. I would recommend the company, everything was left clean, and safe.

Matt came last week to investigate our lint and dust problem and did a great job determining what was wrong, he came the following week and fixed the problem.
He separated our two dryers and put in a second line. It just took him a couple hours and had to go up to the roof to place second line.
Now it’s working great and he also cleaned out the dryer that was causing problems. It is all working well now and encourage anyone to do the same who has dryer problems.
