Who isn't nervous going into this unknown world of kitchen reno? Store after store, promise after promise, "we're the best" etc. We shopped abd endured one company and personality after another and a common denomination appeared. Greed prevailed, true desire to make a vision a reality disappeared until we ventured into, exhausted and defensive, Cartier Kitchens. Christine instantly reenergized us, listened to our dream and began to go to work. Her knowledge is head and shoulders above her peers in the industry..Things came together quickly and pretty close to budget. Christine always offered alternatives. The one thing that trumps Christine's knowledge is her working personality. Cheerful, good natured and warm. An absolute pleasure to work with.
The company didn't stop there though. Dave made sure that all pieces were accounted for and delivered on time. Then there was Jake, our master builder. Many issues presented themselves to Jake and he mastered every one of them. I am very truly happy with Cartier Kitchens

I had a beautiful kitchen designed and installed in my basement. It looks great and was very reasonably priced. The service was great and Cartier was on top of things so I never had to worry about anything. I highly recommend Cartier Kitchens Kitchener.

When we first went into the showroom it was very posh.
We almost walked out because we thought there was no way we could afford anything in here.
Then we were approached by Christine and she asked us what brought us in.
To make a long story short we were very surprised at how competitive their pricing was and how many options we had.
Excellent products and selection with second to none customer service.
We are very happy with our kitchen results and have received a lot of compliments.
If you are looking to redo of completely transform your kitchen call Christine you will be happy you did.

Christine was a pleasure to work with. Our new kitchen exceeds my expectation. It totally changes our whole house. Her vision was brought to life by quality craftsman. Jake was very meticulous and friendly, everyone enjoyed his presence including the dog.

This company definitely offers the greatest value for the money spent by far! The cost included kitchen and pantry cabinets, expansive granite counter tops, and tons of cabinet inserts for great functionality and custom design. Cartier Kitchens in Kitchener is also staffed by friendly, talented and professional people. The designer, Christine, was particularly wonderful. I highly recommend!

I could not have been happier with the work done by Cartier kitchens. I told them I was going on vacation and wanted the kitchen done before I left. Christine promised it would be done and delivered on her promise. Their installer "Jake" and his helper "Alissa" worked until 9:30 pm to insure it was finished. Jake worked patiently around the plumber due to some plumbing problems. He went above and beyond by helping the electrian lift the wall ovens in place. Great design by Christine. Very pleased. I had a small kitchen and needed every inch to be utilized. I wanted to get my house ready to sell and knew kitchens were a big selling feature but I also didn't want to break the bank. I shopped around and did get quotes. We met with Christine from Cartier, she reviewed the quotes I had and then gave me her quote following the same layout as other companies. Not only was her price better but she met all my expectations and then some. She even came up with some wonderful suggestions. The installer they sent was wonderful and when he left I didn't have to clean anything. I will most definitely call them when I am ready to redo the kitchen in my new home.

Our overall experience with Cartier was very good.
Christine - the designer - was very helpful with constructive ideas at design stage. She took our design and made made it better. Cartier was able to provide us with custom touches (such as 15" wall cabinets) IKEA could not supply.
Installation was prompt and punctual. There were a couple of hick-ups but overall cabinet quality was good.
Follow-up with added details (extra doors, shelving, hinges, etc.) was very good.
