Our overall experience with Cartier was very good. Christine - the designer - was very helpful with constructive ideas at design stage. She took our design and made made it better. Cartier was able to provide us with custom touches (such as 15" wall cabinets) IKEA could not supply. Installation was prompt and punctual. There were a couple of hick-ups but overall cabinet quality was good. Follow-up with added details (extra doors, shelving, hinges, etc.) was very good.
