Nordon Security

We were extremely disappointed in the service provided by Nordon Security. They installed 2 cameras upside down, wires were showing everywhere. Their customer service was very poor, for they had cancelled on us 3 times just an hour before the appointment. Product quality also did not meet our expectations, we were promised 1080p cameras and were instead provided with 720p cameras. Nordon had also failed to configure our monitors and phones. This was the worst customer service were ever provided with and would certainly not recommend going with this company. They ended up taking the full payment for a very horrible service. We highly suggest paying the extra money and going with a more reputable company and get the right service.
