We had our kitchen remodelled including moving a wall in 2021 - Mario and team were amazing and worked with us to ensure all our requests were met. We have recommended them to friends as well. We love our kitchen! We liked the work so much we had Mario and Jakob renovate our basement as well the Fall of 2021. Jakob cares about the work he does and making his clients happy. Totally recommend this company.

Mario did our upstairs bathroom renovations. Were very happy with his work . His work is excellent. Great tiler! We trust him so much. Hes a very helpful and great worker. Thank you Mario.

We recently contracted Accent Reno for our house and office renovation. I am very very happy with their professionalism and quality work.

The project took 5 months because of excavation and the addition. Mario and Walter were punctual and right on time with quality craftsmanship. The other good factor is that they would recommend where to buy quality construction supplies for less than large retailers which helps.

In summary, positive experience and would hire them again for any construction project.

This was the 3rd time of using Accent Reno but this was for the complete ground floor, kitchen and extension, dining room, family room, study, dining room, powder room and laundry. Also master bathroom and bedroom plus redesigned staircase, entrance and upper landing. Accent Reno through Mario did an excellent performance over an agreed 10 week program and the quality of their work is amazing. Mario is a perfectionist and his employees too - the end result was astounding and we know from past experience that if we ever have any problems that they will get fixed - cannot prove this as we have never had any problems that need fixing. We know that Accent Reno do quality work and you get “free” design and advice from Mario. My wife did all the project work, material, appliances, paint colours, etc but found Mario excellent with his advice, best suppliers, quality, etc. We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Accent Reno/Mario for any size of Reno - it is their reliability you can trust - none of this ‘pay everything upfront and worry if the job will get done’. When I first saw the finished Reno after being away for the whole Reno I was amazed at what they had done - great job, Eileen and Mario / Accent Reno.

Mario and his crew completely renovated and and updated my basement for me. They scraped all the ceilings, put pot lights throughout, new floors, baseboards and paint throughout. The two beams in the basement were refinished with stone that matches the refinished fireplace and it looks amazing. Mario installed a kitchen/bar in my basement along with a full spa area complete with a 3 person hot tub and sauna for my women’s cave! He also built a full bathroom downstairs with beautiful tile, shower and vanity. New winding staircase with wrought iron spindles finished the look to perfection! Amazing work done, Mario has done every floor in my house and I have referred him to family, friends and strangers alike! Mario is friendly, trustworthy, very skilled, open to all ideas and guides you with your choices and decisions along the way!

Mario and Walter and their crew were hired to complete a semi detached home that was abondoned by the previous contractor. We had a whole bunch of issues we had to deal with and Mario handled them skillfully.
Mario and his team were professional, skilled, conscientious and hardworking.... They were respectful of my ideas and helped me implement many of them.
Thankfully, the house is finally completed and ready. It's turned out nicely!

Mario and his team were a JOY to work with! They were prompt, a pleasure to have in our home, kept a clean work area and most importantly did a beautiful job.

Mario always had brilliant suggestions during the renovation which were greatly appreciated. At the end of the renovation he tested the water, lights, fan etc to make sure everything worked as planned, very thorough!

We have more renovations to do and will definitely be working with Mario and the guys. What a find!

Accentreno was very professional from the initial consultation, to the estimate, to the job itself. They were quick, clean, accurate, answered all my questions and did an amazing job on my new en-suite bathroom.

Mario gutted and installed new kitchen for us in 2015. Noticed 2 large tiles were getting stress cracks. I called to enquire and tray to get him to help me with the situation. All he said was you dropped something on them and I was the cause. I informed him that I dropped nothing on the tiles and that these were stress cracks not damage from something being dropped. Getting nowhere with him I said I will take care of it myself. Days later I noticed a odour coming from my crawl space directly below the kitchen sink. I opened the small door to find wet walls, floor and sub floor. Removed the kick plate below the sink to find there was a steady drip of water coming from a line we had him install for filling our hot tub. The water was steady dripping down the pipe and under the new tiles thus saturating the sub floor beneath the new tiles. With the sub floor now compromised it caused the tiles to succumb to stress cracks. When he installed the feed line for me from the cold water line he did not secure it and the line was able to be moved and knocked with things that were under the sink. If the piping was secured properly there would have been no movement and no stress on the joint where the leak was found. I proceeded to call him again to inform him of what I found and he was disinterested and not willing to help. We have used Mario for 3 renos now and I was more disappointed then mad that he wasn't willing to help me figure out this problem. He was satisfied in blaming me for dropping something on the tile which I did NOT do. I was not expecting him to do anything for free but I was hoping he would help and support me in this situation but he did not, he just blamed me. We now have a new contractor starting our last two renos and will get hime to look into the sub floor and tile replacement in the kitchen. Photos attached !
