We went with this company for our move based on what we thought was at the time was good customer service and a moderate quote, we always go with the one in between. The estimate was 1,535 for our home and a 10x10 storage based on a visit by their estimator (Joe, who we now know cannot provide an estimate) to take a look at everything. We ended up paying 1920 for the home alone because they could only manage to bring a table and 5 chairs from the storage. So 25% higher than the estimate provided with only half the job done!! No contact from the company after the move even though we mentioned to the movers that we were not satisfied with this and asked them to call us. When we finally wrote an email they responded that they will charge an additional $700 (their estimate so you can add 50% to it right away) to move the items in the storage!! Per them the quote is not final (which we do understand) but 75% over the estimate??? When we asked about the damaged goods for which we had taken insurance, the response was so casual 'the ship has sailed now, it only works within 10 days of the move'. I would now like to see his ship sink. Absolutely no customer service at all. Now that you have paid us for the half job that we did for you, you can go to hell, that is the attitude. I have no idea how they got BBB A+ rating. We had contacted only BBB rated companies but I guess that rating does not mean anything.
So in short, no customer service, not truthful or honest, no follow up, disappointing to say the least. We have made four moves until now (two of them international) and this was the worst experience of them all.
