Hello Nelly, the previous years received many goodwill and free check ups. Your flower pots were turned off because there were no plants in them and as previously explained and demonstrated, once you place your seasonal flowers in all you need to do is turn them on. Everyone is different. Some people dont care about water waste but most people do. This is why the flower pots were left off as they were in previous years. It is unfortunate we could not talk but i was away from work with a first newborn at home early this spring. The technicians need to be compensated for their time. Dear customer. We appreciate your business and your review. Unfortunately there are too many variables within bulbs and they are not easily comparable. Bulbs range in different physical sizes, pin styles, kelvin and levels of CREE chip quality. Many years ago we had decided to only stock premium grade bulbs as this item was highest at risk for premature failure. In doing so, we provide the best service and a long lasting system for our clients. Any costly repairs we perform always require a work order and confirmation to proceed from clients. Hello Wayne. Unfortunate for you to feel that we did not perform for you. The original request was for us to come there to repair and reset the poor installation done by another company as it was not functioning adequately. Yes, the project was delayed due to weather but that is out of our control. We understand there were issues with the supervisor on site and when you informed us we addressed the issue and that person is no longer with us. We were only contracted to repair certain areas and zones on your property and we did not install your original system. It seems unreasonable to use this homestars platform to air out your contractors' personal life situation - more-so stretching and embellishing the truth of it. We hope you find someone willing to fulfill your needs but perhaps not as this took place over two years ago.
