Vista One Retractable Screens

My screens are very practical (and beautiful). I’ve had many compliments on them already. Although I have not had a lot of opportunity to actually put them to use this summer for air flow (AC has been on non-stop) as we have had unusually humid hot weather this year, I’m looking forward to using them this fall and for many years to come.

Vista was very efficient. They came and gave a quote shortly after we called them and the installation was completed on time. We love the product and style we chose. Afterwards, Vista emailed the warranty and care instructions which are helpful to have in an electronic file.

Professional manner, showed up on time, explained care and maintenance, and followed- up to make sure we were satisfied. The door has expanded our family room view of our backyard, and enables us to now open up both sides of the doorway.....great for parties! I shopped around for retractable screens and narrowed it down to Vista One and Phantom Screens. I ended up going with Vista One not only because the product appears to be better but also the customer service was amazing. We got the quote from Doug who took the time to explain the mechanism. He also showed us a miniature model so we have an idea of what it will look like installed. It took about three weeks for the screen to be custom made. Doug came back to do the install and it took about 30 minutes or so.

We needed a retractable screen. After a quick google search we landed on Vista One. Following that, I also received a recommendation from a trusted source that Vista One is the best in the biz. They did not disappoint. Great service, great product. We are very happy with our screen.

We met Doug and his brother at the Home Show last October. We liked them and their product instantly. We really only dealt with Doug, in person. He was lovely from the start. Communication via email has been prompt and they were actually more fair than they needed to be with their final cost. We've had a screen door before, and this one is much nicer. Easier for the kids to use too!
