This is the second time I have had the pleasure of hiring Samhadi (QS Flooring) for my flooring upgrades. He really goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best customer service and then some more. He makes sure to haul away all of the debris immediately so that everything is kept tidy. Also oversees/ensures/inspects all cleanup tasks are done to my satisfaction. He even hauled away some leftover old bedroom furniture pieces I no longer required! I would highly recommend his services in a heartbeat!!

I was thrilled with the whole process of ordering and installation. Very friendly and informative (thank you Doug) My screens are very practical (and beautiful). I’ve had many compliments on them already. Although I have not had a lot of opportunity to actually put them to use this summer for air flow (AC has been on non-stop) as we have had unusually humid hot weather this year, I’m looking forward to using them this fall and for many years to come.

Sam C. was most accommodating and personable. I felt completely at ease throughout what could have been a very stressful process. He promptly presented all of my options (gratefully only the options that I expressed interest in) in a very professional way, and I found his advice to be invaluable. Excellent 'Shop-at-home' service and customer care and reasonable pricing. Installers completed work on time with very few 'touch-ups' required. I am completely satisfied with final outcome.
