Vista One Retractable Screens

Wonderful prompt, courteous service...Doug came out early on a Saturday morning (of the Thanksgiving weekend)...right on time...promptly took measurements and demonstrated different types of screens. He returned less than a week later to install. The screen door looks great and is easy for my wife (in a wheelchair) to operate. Highly recommended.

Vista One is the real deal !!! They came promptly to our home once contacted to measure, quote and tell us all about their screens. We signed up on the spot for a double door screen and expected to wait a few weeks for the product. Less than one week later, Doug calls to say that the screen is ready for installation. Doug came to the house, installed the screen and made sure that his work area was spotless when he left. I can't say enough wonderful things about Vista One Inc. We met a rep. at one of our home shows and arranged for a visit to our home. Doug came right in the middle of our demo day for our Reno and he was so calm, cool and collected, he made the process absolutely seamless in a sea of dust and disaster!
We received reqular updates from him on the progress of our order and then contacted us to set up the install date at our convenience. He showed up on time and they both look amazing; our contractors have already asked for the contact info. to pass on to their other clients. Highly recommend them both for the amazing customer service and exemplary product!!!!!

This is the second time having these doors installed. The first time was a double front door in a house. I have since sold this home and purchased a condo. I have now had the retractable screens installed on two balconies. The doors work perfectly and you don't notice them when not in use. I really like that there is no bulky ridges underfoot.
Doug who was my rep was very professional and went out of his way to be sure I was happy with the product. The second set of doors were back ordered. When they arrived he was very prompt at installing them.
I highly recommend this product and I am extremely impressed with the excellent service I received.
