This is the second time having these doors installed. The first time was a double front door in a house. I have since sold this home and purchased a condo. I have now had the retractable screens installed on two balconies. The doors work perfectly and you don't notice them when not in use. I really like that there is no bulky ridges underfoot.
Doug who was my rep was very professional and went out of his way to be sure I was happy with the product. The second set of doors were back ordered. When they arrived he was very prompt at installing them.
I highly recommend this product and I am extremely impressed with the excellent service I received.
