Doug was a pleasure to deal with. He came recommended by the company I have been using for window installation. Doug was very professional, committed and highly knowledgeable on the product. Doug shared pros and cons of various retractable screens which was very helpful as this was the first purchase of a retractable screen. We are extremely satisfied with the product - it allows us to have great airflow through the house, and does not block our view. We were also extremely satisfied with the level of service.
