Jspec Roofing

I had a flat roof about 10 feet x 18 feet that was leaking. Justin came to give an estimate on the day he said he would. He gave me a time range and kept in touch by phone. He explained he would have to remove the existing tar and gravel roof and install new roofing material. He was the most professional company that came out to do an estimate and he also had the lowest estimate. He gave a timeline in which the job would be done. He was able to come a few weeks earlier which was great. His was part of the two man crew that did the job and took pride in his work and pleasing the customer. A board on the roof needed replacing and he didn't charge for that, most companies do which can add to the final price. Another company had done some roofing the year before and had cut corners. I contacted Justin about fixing some of the shoddy work done by the other company. Hew as able to do it on the same day he doing the roofing. He did that too at very reasonable price. Roofing can be very messy but Justin cleaned up all the debris. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend J Spec Roofing. The roof was $1450 plus HST and the other two jobs were $285 to take off a section of eave trough and replace a rotten board and put the eaves trough back on. $200 to install a water proof flange on a large iron plumbing stack.
