Jspec Roofing

Justin and the JSPEC crew were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Justin will be the first to tell you that they aren't the cheapest, but that's because they are careful and do things right. I didn't want the cheapest roofer, I wanted the one that was going to keep our house dry and comfortable and make sure the work looked great in the end. That was JSPEC.

They replaced our flat roof (removing four layers of old roof in the process!) while adding 4" of rigid insulation, extended the eaves, installed a new steel shingle roof on the peaked portion of the house, replaced some cedar shingles on the front, and replaced the soffits and fascia on two sides of the house. They took great care to make sure everything looked fantastic, even though the weather was cold and miserable most of the time. They also improved and repaired other existing issues they found while doing the work. Their work on this project went beyond just typical roofing, and most of the other roofing companies I talked to balked at taking on a project like this. JSPEC had no reservations about taking on the job.

The other thing about JSPEC is that Justin and the crew are just really nice guys. I enjoyed talking with the guys working on the house and they were happy to answer all my questions. Ive received many compliments from neighbours on how nice the house looks with the new metal roof, and we couldn't be happier with the way it came out. I wouldn't use anyone but JSPEC on any future roofing work and I highly recommend.
