I ordered a bathroom vanity with two sinks. When my contractor put the vanity together, he found the top did not fit. My contractor called the store to ask if the wrong part was ordered. He was told to call back because they were busy! He instead drove to the store quite annoyed - he needed answers. The salesperson was rude, arrogant and was not knowledgeable about Bath Depot products. My contractor figured it out and discovered the vanity I bought did not come with a double sink. The salesperson said it was my fault and I should have known??? and he was mad that my contractor opened the box. It cost me another $23 for a single sink (?) that I don't want. It will cost me more money to have my contractor dismantle the vanity and pack everything back up and pay a restocking fee (that I just heard about). I am also paying the contractor the money he quoted, plus the extra time to sort this out and more for him to come back to install the new top (7 - 10 days supposedly). So I'm stuck with a vanity that I did not order in the first place nor fits my needs. I will never, ever shop at a Bath Depot store again.
