Went to store to look at vanity countertops/sink only. Employee said he had one in stock. checked, said another employee screwed up and they didnt have one. He was the only one in store, told him had to go, got his card to call in order later. Never answered phone- 6 calls. message said to order online. Did that. paid thru paypal, showed up on my credit card immediately. Said would be in next week. Orders come in Thursdays. No word, no call or email by the following Friday. Called store, they said it was not paid for so they didnt release it. Called customer service, they said not paid but was shipped. After investigating, they said it WAS paid and the store had it. Store said they had others but not mine. Now I lost a week and have to wait til next week. Next week comes, no email, call or no countertop. Called store & customer service. Asked them to give me someone elses since I had to wait 2 weeks now on their mistake. Customer service said they had trouble and none of those sinktops went out. But Store said they had a few orders but not mine again. I was getting the run around and each kept blaming the other!! Why is this my problem? work it out and give me my paid order! I shouldn't have to listen to excuses after excuse, short staffed, Warehouse screws up all the time, store always fixing their mistakes, Its there, its not there, the list goes on! So I will wait for another week....... The same nite, I get email saying its in, ready to pick up! Called store. Nope not there, someone elses is there but not mine! But thought nobodys were shipped? Ok give me that one. Nope, cant break up the order! Store said Warehouse sent email in error, customer Serv. said the store sent out the wrong email! WOW get your stories straight! Now customer service called and I can go pick up my order. There was an error with the wrong name of the sink they had! Oh my, what a runaround. So much frustration and time wasted. Customer service said they would also give me 10% off but how when its paid? I said not good enough, so they suddenly found my sink. hmmm...(sorry for the long rant, I even left some of the story out if you can imagine! )
