The service is great, Likely a new management
Hi,
My Name is Benedict Noble and I live at North York, Vic park and Lawrence. My hot water tank was managed by this company. In the past, inexperienced technicians were sent for service and they charged arm and leg for their poor service. Now, I guess but not sure that a new management had taken over and the service went flawless this time, technicians are not doing guess work and they fixed the problem. This time they knew what they were doing. The best part is the service charge is covered by the contract and I have not paid anything, this information nobody told me before.
Roger called me after service and asked me for feedback, he asked really good questions that reflected genuine concern for the customer views and pain points. I recommend them.
