Complete lack of good customer service
i cannot steer you clear enough. Over 4 hours late the day of my move, and no one called me to say that they'd be late. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. The movers themselves were great, though they told me they didn't have to wear masks on a smaller move, and therefore didn't while in my house. But they were super quick and super friendly. It's Sarah in the office that is an absolute nightmare. Snarky emails back, calling me impatient and disrespectful. Nicole in the office had kindly offered me a small reimbursement in lieu of the inconvenience I went thru at having my move postponed 2 days because of them. Which was great, however when I emailed several times to follow up and see if they needed my cc info to refund, I was met with a super rude email back calling me impatient. To which I of course responded letting them know what I thought of that, and eventually the email back I got was telling me I was rude and I wouldn't be getting any money back from them because I was disrespectful. I'm sorry, I was just following your lead Sarah.
Complete lack of professionalism from the office. which is too bad because they have good reviews, but heaven forbid they do something wrong....the nightmare begins then.
