We hired Canadian Home Style in North Vancouver for renovations in 2 of our condos - including laminate, blinds, and new bathroom sink. First the laminate was done improperly and it had to be fixed, then the blinds were the incorrect length and width, finally the sink pipe had to be replaced. The laminate and blinds were finally corrected with the old manager - although they were resistant. The pipe however was blamed on our long standing tenants. The pipe was completed eroded after 6 months - not at all usual for a good quality pipe. After their plumber provided conflicting stories about the cause, the manager agreed to contact the tenants and then get back to me with a solution. She talked with the tenants, continued to blame them, and did not bother to contact me and discuss a solution. I would caution anyone from utilizing this company, as our experience is they do poor quality work, do not stand by their products or warranties, blame others, and do not follow through when a problem is presented.
