We went to the Vancouver branch and found Reza very helpful explaining well the difference in products and answering all our questions. We found a wooden floor that we wanted but found it cheaper in another dealer. Because we liked Reza's courteousness, we explained the situation and he matched the competitor's price. We are happy with their service and would go back again.
