Often wary, it was hard to decide who to work with. Then we met Pulsar project manager who came out in a downpour to listen to our plan, show samples and offer ideas. He knew how to create what we wanted and to make it work with what we had. The Pulsar team is tidy, considerate and nice to work with. Their impeccable craftsmanship and honest work resulted in a beautiful and sturdy deck with stairs. Its now the best part of our house. Thank you Pulsar!
